DescriptionMindfulness simply means paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, in a non-judgmental way. This 25 minute guided meditation will focus on bringing awareness to the body in the present moment. Over time, this practice has been clinically proven to reduce stress, and increase happiness. This class is open to adults and teens of all levels.
Pre-Register AnytimeIf you Drop-In to the first class of a session, you can register for the remainder of the session prior to the 2nd class, by calling Dan (CCCA) at (617) 642-1444, and you'll pay the remainder of the Pre-Registration rate ($16 - $5 = $11).
